6.3 לאחר בדיקת המוצר שהוחזר, יזוכה כרטיס האשראי של הלקוח במחיר המוצרים שהחזיר למעט דמי משלוח, או,
יוחלף המוצר במוצר אחר שווה ערך למוצר שהוחזר כמסוכם בין הצדדים ולאחר קבלת בקשה מפורשת של הלקוח.
6.4 במידה וימצא שהמוצר לא הוחזר במצב חדש כפי שנשלח, הזיכוי יתבצע בסכום המהווה ערכו השיווקי הריאלי של המוצר שהוחזר.
7. זכויות יוצרים:
7.1 זכויות היוצרים והקניין הרוחני בעיצוב האתר, קובץ גרפי, טקסט, וכל חומר אחר הכלול בו - הינן רכוש בעלי האתר בלבד. אין להעתיק,להפיץ, להציג בפומבי או למסור לצד שלישי אף לא כל חלק מן הנ"ל בלא קבלת הסכמה בכתב ומראש של בעלי האתר.
